“Pop Art goes Plassenburg”: These are brightly colored pop art works of exceptional quality. In 2024, the Great Hall of Plassenburg Castle hosted a unique exhibition of the private collection of GDK Unternehmensberatung Franken GmbH from Kulmbach.
The exhibition was enriched by the artistic results of a live performance by the artist collective Tape That. For Kulmbach, collective member Nicolas Lawin created a work measuring 6.25 meters wide and 3.05 meters high. It consists entirely of tape. Fabric tape, paper tape, washi tape, and foil are glued onto a PVC hard foam board.
